We open doors at Jack’s Point
New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty has been appointed exclusive sales agent for Falconer’s Jack’s Point projects on Queenstown's fringe and is opening a new office in the flagship Clubhouse Lane development.
New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty (NZSIR) has been appointed exclusive sales agent for Falconer, the luxury residential developer shaping the next chapter of Jack’s Point village on the shores of Lake Wakatipu.
As part of the partnership, NZSIR will open a new office within Falconer’s flagship Clubhouse Lane development – the brand’s fifth office in the Queenstown Lakes.
Framed by The Remarkables and Lake Wakatipu, Jack’s Point is centred around a spectacular 18-hole championship golf course and a growing village precinct. Clubhouse Lane, the next phase of village life
The first stage of Clubhouse Lane opens this month, introducing a new mixed-use precinct at the heart of Jack’s Point. Further stages are scheduled to open in January and April, adding more residential and commercial options as the village centre grows.
