Chris holds the dual roles of Company Principal and Managing Director of NZSIR Waiheke and Branch Manager of the NZSIR Britomart offices. His leadership contribution comes from his experience in real estate, FMCG and customer experience industries.

Since establishing the brand in Hawke's Bay as Franchise Owner in 2012, Fraser has successfully embedded the company in local property markets from the Wairarapa to Waikato. His background in international advertising agencies and large corporates has given him fantastic strategic vision to further strengthen the brand in key regions.
Jonathan opened the Remuera office in 2021 after being with the brand since 2016 as a sales manager. Focusing on further growing the brand's presence in Remuera and surrounding suburbs, he draws on his decades of experience as a high performing salesperson to motivate his team.
