Città × New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty Giveaway

These Terms and Conditions govern entry into the Città × New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty Design Giveaway (“the Giveaway”). By participating, entrants agree to be bound by the following:

1. Eligibility

  • The Giveaway is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over.

  • Employees and contractors of New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty (NZSIR), Città, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

  • Entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions will be deemed ineligible.

2. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete all steps outlined in the Giveaway post on either Facebook or Instagram, which includes:

  • Liking the Giveaway post

  • Following the NZSIR account on the relevant platform

  • Tagging at least one friend

Participants may submit multiple entries, provided each entry includes a unique tag of a different friend.
Entries are accepted on both Facebook and Instagram, and all entries will be combined for a single prize draw.

3. Giveaway Period

  • The Giveaway opens on [insert date/time] and closes on [insert date/time] (“Giveaway Period”).

  • Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted.

4. Prize

  • One winner will receive a NZD $500 Città shopping experience, awarded as a Città gift voucher.

  • The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be altered or refunded.

  • Città voucher terms and conditions may apply.

5. Number of Winners

  • There is one prize only.

  • Entries from Facebook and Instagram will be combined for a single draw.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • The winner will be selected at random by NZSIR within 48 hours of the Giveaway closing.

  • The winner will be contacted directly via private message from the official NZSIR Facebook or Instagram account only.

  • If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, NZSIR reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

  • NZSIR and Città may publicly announce the winner’s first name and city of residence.

7. Use of Personal Information

  • By entering, participants consent to NZSIR using their name, social media handle, and entry for the purpose of administering the Giveaway.

  • Personal information will not be shared with third parties except where required for fulfilment of the prize or where required by law.

8. Social Media Disclaimer

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
By entering, participants release Facebook, Instagram, and Meta from any responsibility or liability arising from the Giveaway.

9. General Conditions

  • NZSIR reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway at any time if circumstances require.

  • NZSIR’s decisions regarding the Giveaway, including eligibility and winner selection, are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

  • NZSIR is not responsible for technical issues, entries not received, or any loss or damage incurred in connection with entering the Giveaway or accepting the prize.

  • By participating, entrants confirm that their entry is their own and does not infringe the rights of any third party.
