When I'm selling your home I often think about how I would like to be looked after by the person who was representing my biggest asset. This drives my process from regular communication with vendors to the ultimate sales result. It starts with what needs to be done to present your home to its utmost potential, right through to my favourite part, the negotiations. I love the excitement of the deal coming together, knowing I have exceeded expectations for my clients is a feeling like no other.
