With over 30 years’ experience in sales, marketing, and leadership, Simone Cronin brings a wealth of expertise to New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty Waikato. A licensed Real Estate Branch Manager, Simone began her property career in the early 2000s and has led multiple high-performing Auckland offices. She is passionate about developing salespeople at every stage of their careers, from newcomers finding their feet to seasoned professionals refining their edge. In recent years, Simone stepped into a broader leadership role as Country Manager for multiple trading entities on behalf of a private international family. In this capacity, she demonstrated exceptional capability in system development, profitability improvement, and relationship management with clients and high-profile individuals alike. Now based in the Waikato, Simone has returned to real estate with renewed energy and a clear focus on supporting and growing the local team. Her leadership style is grounded in empowerment, leading from behind to foster high-performing, self-assured teams. Outside of work, Simone enjoys life with her husband and their blended family of adult children and grandchildren. With long-standing connections to Whitianga and the Coromandel coast, they’re proud Beach Hop regulars in their 1972 Dodge Challenger. Simone also dedicates her time to community service, having volunteered with the Restore Charitable Trust for over 15 years, where she currently serves on the council. Real estate is in Simone’s DNA and we’re delighted she has returned to the industry.
