In Queenstown the views and the sun play a big part, but it can also be the build, or the way a family has cared for it over decades. "Dee was amazing at selling our existing home in Sunshine Bay - all done after photos taken on a Thursday, social media plan to her clients on the Friday and two open homes on the Saturday and Tuesday -with lots of interest....
