To enter the draw for this incredible prize, simply list your property exclusively with New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty North between 1 March 2025 and 30 June 2025. Every exclusive listing completed within this timeframe automatically qualifies for the draw. The winner will be selected randomly at the end of the promotional period and contacted directly.

• Winner will be announced the week commencing Monday 7 July 2025. 

   

• The competition runs from Saturday 1 March to Monday 30 June 2025.

   

• All complete, in-person Listings prepared by our New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty (NZSIR North) from 1 March to the 30 June 2025 are eligible for entry (competition entry is not dependent on sale of property but is dependent on a signed exclusive listing being managed from our NZSIR North Franchise).

• Competition entry is not applicable for NZSIR staff and Licensees. Entrants must be aged 18 years or older and be residents of New Zealand. 

   

• The prize draw includes the opportunity to win two nights for two people at Huka Lodge Taupo. 

   

• Travel to and from Huka Lodge is at winners expense.

   

• Package is valid for travel before Sunday 31 May 2026 and is subject to availability at time of booking. Black out period and exclusions apply. Bookings must be made at least seven days prior to travel. If the winner cancels their confirmed booking, supplier cancellation fees may apply and is payable by the winner. 

   

• Winner will be drawn the week commencing Monday 7 July 2025 and notified by phone and/or email. If we are unable to contact the winner within two days, another winner will be drawn. 

   

• Results will also be published online on our social media channels.

   

• By registering your contact details with NZSIR North you provide consent to be contacted for marketing purposes. By accepting the prize, the winners agree to share trip photography and agree to be interviewed post-trip, if required, for NZSIR North marketing purposes.
