Terms and conditions

Winner will be announced week commencing 7 September 2026.

  1. All completed, in-person appraisals conducted by a New Zealand Sotheby's International Realty (NZSIR) office between 1 July 2026 and 31 August 2026 are eligible for entry. Competition entry is not dependent on listing or selling a property, but is dependent on a qualifying appraisal being completed in a region serviced by an NZSIR office.

  2. The prize draw includes the opportunity to win an Escape in Luxury for two people to attend the 2027 Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix in Melbourne, Australia. 

  3. The prize package includes return flights for two to Melbourne, four nights' accommodation, and premium trackside hospitality at the 2027 Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix.  All other expenses not specifically included as part of the prize package are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.

  4. The prize is subject to availability and supplier booking conditions. Travel dates and booking requirements will be confirmed with the winner following the prize draw.

  5. The winner will be drawn during the week commencing 7 September 2026 and notified by phone and/or email. If NZSIR is unable to contact the winner within two business days, a replacement winner may be drawn.

  6. The winner and travelling companion are responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, visas and any other documentation required for travel to Australia. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

  7. Results will also be published at www.nzsothebysrealty.com/escapeinluxury.

  8. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash and is awarded at the sole discretion of New Zealand Sotheby's International Realty.

  9. By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any additional terms imposed by airlines, accommodation providers, event operators or other suppliers associated with the prize.
