Winner will be announced week commencing 8th September, 2025.
- All complete, in-person appraisals prepared by our New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty (NZSIR) offices between 1 July and 31 August 2025 are eligible for entry (competition entry is not dependent on listing or sale of property but is dependent on an appraisal being conducted in regions where we have an office). Renewal appraisals for purposes of agency extension are not eligible for entry.
- The prize draw includes the opportunity to win five nights for two people in Hamilton Island, Australia.
- Travel package includes return flights with Air NZ economy class departing from Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch to Sydney or Brisbane, and return flights to Hamilton Island with Qantas economy class. Four nights twin share at Hamilton Island Beach Club in a King room including a-la-carte breakfast, $500 Beach Club food and beverage voucher, VIP return airport and marine transfers, VIP chauffeur service for duration of stay. One night and two days at Reefsuites Underwater Hotel which includes scenic cruise, one night in an underwater Reefsuite, two lunches, dinner and breakfast, soft drinks, beer and wine, guided snorkelling and semi-submarine tours and return cruise transfer.
- All other expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
- Package is valid for travel from September to 19 December 2025 and 11 January to 31 March 2026 and is subject to availability at time of booking. Blockout dates apply for 19 to 21 September 2025. Bookings must be made at least seven days prior to travel. If the winner cancels their confirmed booking, supplier cancellation fees may apply and is payable by the winner.
- Winner will be drawn week commencing 8 September 2025 and notified by phone and/or email. If we are unable to contact the winner within two days, another winner will be drawn.
- The winner will be required to book with House of Travel Auckland City via NZSIR and have valid passports, visas and documentation to travel to Hamilton Island (if required) to enter the draw. In the event the prize winner cannot travel for any reason (including the inability to travel due to COVID-19), the prize will be forfeited. It is highly recommended the winner purchases travel insurance that includes Pandemic cover.
- Results will also be published online on www.nzsothebysrealty.com/escapeinluxury
- The travel package prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash and is at the sole discretion of NZSIR.
- Competition entry is not applicable for NZSIR staff and Licensees. Entrants must be aged 18 years or older and be residents of New Zealand.
- By registering your contact details with NZSIR you provide consent to be contacted for marketing purposes. By accepting the prize, the winners agree to share trip photography and agree to be interviewed post-trip, if required, for NZSIR marketing purposes.
