Alongside that, he brings more than 30 years of hands-on property development experience, from carefully managed residential renovations through to the development and sale of a substantial 46-site subdivision on the Coromandel Peninsula. Before moving into real estate, Russell built and led a successful logistics business, with offices in New Zealand and Australia. Securing major contracts with some of New Zealand’s largest primary produce exporters its elite operational standard culminated in a successful acquisition by a large, publicly listed corporation. That commercial background gave him a sharp eye for detail, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to guide complex deals through with confidence, all of which now add real value for his clients. Today, Russell combines deep local knowledge, proven property development experience, and seasoned commercial skill to help clients make smart real estate decisions.
