Pene Milne has worked in real estate since 2001 and still approaches every property with the same principle: people come first. Over 25 years, and with a career built largely on repeat business and referrals, she has developed trusted relationships with clients across Auckland, Waiheke Island and beyond. Her focus is premium homes, waterfront property and apartments, where experience, discretion and strong relationships often matter as much as the property itself. Pene is known for being practical, thorough and highly engaged throughout the sales process. She believes good communication, preparation and attention to detail remain the foundations of successful outcomes. Pene was recognised as a Platinum Achiever nationally for New Zealand Sotheby's International Realty in 2025 and has consistently ranked among the company's top-performing salespeople. Pene has served as Chair of Blood Cancer New Zealand since 2019, having joined the Board in 2011.
