Myles Green provides over 25 years of local, national and international property experience to the New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty team. With an extensive background in residential and commercial real estate, project marketing and property development, Myles has worked on some of Australasia’s largest development projects and gained valuable real estate and marketing experience working for internationally renowned property companies in both Auckland and Sydney. He brings to the team a great combination of local knowledge coupled with a large network of international clients and a detailed knowledge of large scale residential and mixed use projects. Myles has set sales records for ‘off the plan sales’ for both bare land and apartments and has transacted nationally significant luxury residential house and land sales in central Queenstown. Myles is proud to be a long time local with Southern roots and extensive family connections to the Queenstown Lakes District. Myles is a Licensed Agent and has a B.COM VPM (Valuation and Property Management) from Lincoln University.
