Mark moved to New Zealand from Sydney in 2002 and is co-founder and Managing Director of NZSIR. Mark has 15 years of premium property experience having set New Zealand residential sales records and regional Queenstown residential house, apartment and Luxury Lodge records. Mark has a reputation for a discreet, sincere and professional business approach with a dedication to achieving premium results for his clients. With a corporate background in Sydney, Mark has a great understanding of the differing needs and rules and regulations of international purchasers looking to invest in New Zealand. He also developed ‘The Lordens’, one of Queenstown’s most successful boutique apartment complexes. Having previously been a professional sailor on the international 18 Foot Skiff circuit and married to New Zealand Olympic Ski Racer, Erika Harris, Mark has a love of the outdoors and all that the Queenstown region has to offer.
