Kelly Hamilton is a Sales Executive with New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty, specialising in coastal and lifestyle property across the Matakana and wider Rodney region. With a natural balance of creativity, commercial insight and lived experience in property, Kelly brings a thoughtful and strategic approach to real estate. Her appreciation for architecture, design and lifestyle enables her to present homes in a way that resonates with the right buyers. Kelly has over a decade of experience working across property, development marketing and brand strategy. Early in her career she worked on large-scale development and retail projects exceeding $100 million in value. While living in Singapore she founded an experiential marketing and media agency, The Experience Architect, delivering campaigns and events for international brands including Penfolds, IHG Hotels & Resorts, Turner Media and Cotton On. Her time living abroad in Singapore and Sydney provided valuable global perspective on property marketing and buyer behaviour, which she now brings to the Matakana and Rodney markets. Kelly has also personally renovated and managed investment properties and short-term accommodation ventures over the past decade, giving her practical insight into property value creation and lifestyle investment. She enjoys working closely with both vendors and buyers, helping clients unlock value from their assets, reposition their living arrangements and move confidently into the next stage of life. Outside of real estate, Kelly has a deep interest in architecture, travel, art, gastronomy and wellness. She is an avid beekeeper and passionate about regenerative living and nature-based wellness retreats. Kelly is also committed to community resilience. She established a foundation supporting families affected by natural disasters and has helped many homeowners across the Rodney region navigate complex insurance claims and the restoration of flood- and slip-damaged homes. These passions align naturally with the Matakana region
