Local Expertise,
Global Connections

Raised in California, Kelly’s early years combined ranch life, skiing, and coastal living, inspiring a lifelong appreciation of place. She began her career in the California wine industry before moving to Vail, Colorado, to work in the luxury alpine resort community. Appointed a Global Director of Sales for a French luxury wine group, she moved to New York City to drive their international business. Extensive travel refined her ability to navigate cultural nuances, building expertise in negotiations, strategy, and luxury market performance, while cultivating a network across APAC, the Americas, and Europe. Her consulting work, first in New York City and later in New Zealand, spanned U.S. market entry, operations, governance, due diligence, and acquisitions. These experiences deepened her commercial insight and underpin her work in real estate. Kelly works through trusted relationships and long-term networks. She brings international negotiation expertise and knowledge of coastal, vineyard, and lifestyle properties to Auckland’s luxury market. With personal ties to Herne Bay, Ponsonby, and Saint Heliers, she also specialises in Coatesville, Takapuna, Devonport, and the wider North Shore. She understands the key drivers of Auckland’s premium market, from school zones and architecture to coastal appeal and buyer demand. Her background in luxury wine and lifestyle helps her craft stories that elevate a property’s position and connect with discerning buyers. Vendors benefit from precision marketing and global reach to maximise returns and achieve premium prices. Buyers and investors gain access to exclusive opportunities with guidance grounded in financial acumen. With the international reach and prestige of New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty, Kelly's approach ensures every client navigates the Auckland market with clarity and confidence, a process defined by professionalism, integrity, and transparency. Education: BSc Agribusiness with minors in Marketing and German.
