Francheska’s career has been shaped by property at every level. From design and construction to management, marketing, and negotiation. She is a trained architect who also has professional experience in property management in the Philippines, giving her a practical understanding of how homes are designed, built, maintained, and lived in. Earlier in her career, Francheska worked remotely with real estate agents in the United States, supporting sales teams through administration and marketing, and gaining exposure to different approaches to marketing and buyer engagement. She has also been involved in negotiating service and construction contracts, developing a structured and calibrated approach to property decisions, with a clear understanding of the practical and financial factors that matter to homeowners. Based in Nelson with New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty, Francheska enjoys the relaxed local lifestyle, walking Nelson’s beaches and hills and exploring the region’s best coffee, matcha, and wine tasting. Outside of real estate she enjoys yoga and going to the gym and trying new sports like golf and squash. She also enjoys pet sitting, as she misses her dog, Mozzarella (Mozzie), who is back in the Philippines. Francheska brings that same calm, grounded approach when working with clients.
