Before moving to New Zealand, Francheska worked remotely with real estate agents in the United States, supporting sales teams through administration and marketing, and gaining exposure to different approaches to marketing and buyer engagement. Her experience across architecture, property management, and real estate has given her a well-rounded perspective on the practical, financial, and emotional factors that influence property decisions.
