A former professional athlete and three-time New Zealand National Ski Champion, he went on to coach at the pinnacle of world sport, leading the Chinese Olympic Committee, the New Zealand Freeski Halfpipe Team, and partnering with the U.S. Ski Team. During this time, he guided athletes to multiple Olympic and World Championship gold medals, earned recognition as New Zealand Coach of the Year, and received the Order of Ikkos from the United States Olympic Committee for coaching excellence. His success was built on clear communication, trust, and strategic planning, the same qualities he now brings to real estate. Beyond sport, Brad has held senior sales and account management roles with global brands including Oakley and Trackman Golf, where he delivered growth strategies, built long-term client partnerships, and successfully launched new products into the New Zealand market.
