Blake Allnutt brings a wealth of experience in luxury service, community connection and customer care to his role with New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty in Takapuna. Well known on Auckland’s North Shore for his much-loved ventures Blake’s Providore and Bunty’s Gourmet Burgers, Blake has spent more than five years building strong relationships within the Milford and Takapuna communities. His background as a professional chef spans nearly 25 years, including time in London, Chamonix and Perth, where he worked in high-end chalets, fine dining establishments and even aboard superyachts. This international career has refined his eye for quality and his ability to deliver exceptional client experiences. Passionate about property, Blake has always admired remarkable homes and the lifestyles they offer. His transition into real estate allows him to combine his love of architecture and design with his proven commitment to service and integrity. With deep local knowledge, international experience and a reputation for hard work, he is dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals, whether buying or selling. Outside of real estate, Blake enjoys travel, golf, snowboarding, food and wine, and has recently taken up Hyrox training to keep fit and focused.
