Snowy Place

Floor-to-ceiling glass in the open-plan living area frames the lake, the marina and the Remarkables, and the whole space opens out to a large covered deck with an outdoor dining table and BBQ, the spot you'll end up spending most evenings, whether that's a summer sunset or an après-ski drink with the mountains still catching the last light. Inside, the kitchen is fully equipped with generous bench space and a breakfast bar, flowing into a relaxed lounge. Warm timber floors, a wood burning fire, heat pumps in every bedroom and living area, and big windows keep it comfortable year-round, bright and airy in summer, warm and cosy in winter. A full laundry with washing machine and dryer is also on hand, so longer stays are easy to manage. The perfect holiday spot for a group of 6 adults, families or two families travelling together, Snowy Place offers four bedrooms, including a dedicated bunkroom with four king single beds. The main bedrooms provide comfortable accommodation for up to six adults, while the bunkroom is a fun and practical space for up to four children. Snowy Place sits in the quiet new Remarkables View subdivision on Queenstown Hill, elevated above the lake on a no-exit street, and central: you're roughly halfway between Queenstown town centre and Frankton's shops and airport....
