Breaking the mould of traditional real estate practitioners is Kassie Swinburne. Born and educated in Hawke’s Bay, from an early age Kassie has had realty in her blood given her mother Jacqui Taylor has been the leading consultant in the province over a number of years.

Following a different path initially has seen Kassie excel in whatever she has turned her attention towards. Always in sales and service orientated roles Kassie flourished when in Wellington where the ANZ Bank recognised Kassie’s ingrained business intelligence and saw her focused and determined attitude to succeed. Employed initially as a Sales Consultant in the customer contact centre, a series of promotions over the next five years resulted in her ending up in the Personal Banking division where Kassie was advising high value customers, often in the world of home and property investment. Consistently outperforming in sales and customer service targets, she was selected for the high achievers team gaining personal mentoring and further professional development.

Distinguished by excellent customer service and looking for a challenging role that would offer her unlimited potential she has sought out a career in real estate.
