Supporting lead agent Fiona Horne as Team Horne’s dedicated buyer’s agent, Katrina is a genuine people person: she loves to interact with others, engaging with them to find out what they’re looking for in a property – and she doesn’t shy away from challenges. Katrina’s got the knack for finding the right buyers, and getting them into the right home. Katrina’s strong foundation in sales began at one of New Zealand’s largest media companies, and her human touch is built upon her years spent working as a physical education and health teacher at secondary schools in New Zealand and abroad. Emotionally intelligent, prepared and reliable, Katrina maintains her sporting focus as a dedicated gymgoer and a worthy opponent on the squash court. A mum of two young children, Katrina has strong networks within the Hawke’s Bay community, where she has lived for over a decade. Her husband owns a thriving local business, and she’s a great believer that this is an excellent place to raise a family. When she’s not spending quality time with family and friends, you’ll find Katrina harmonising with the Hawke’s Bay Soul Choir.
