Sam Rosenberg brings to his role as Regional Manager Sales and Operations – Central Region, an impressive management background. With a quarter of a century of business experience in New Zealand and internationally, including formal qualifications, and working in some of the world’s largest companies, Sam’s knowledge is rounded off by his considerable tenure in real estate both in New Zealand and the UK. Sam is a third-generation real estate agent. His mother and grandfather were both in real estate and, he believes it’s safe to say, he has property in his genes. His career began in the FMCG industry, where his success led him to opportunities in Europe working with a large international corporation. He began his real estate career in London, where he worked in a diverse array of markets both urban and regional. Now, after six years back home in New Zealand, he assists Sales Associates and Sales Managers across Central North Island regions from Wairarapa to the Bombay Hill’s. His ability to build diverse, cohesive teams allows him to address the unique needs of these various communities, contributing significantly to the success of individual offices. Very aware of the all-encompassing nature of the sales and purchase processes, Sam works hard to ensure a better experience for all. He firmly believes New Zealand Sotheby's International Realty provides unmatched levels of quality marketing and service, resulting in the best outcomes possible for clients. Outside his professional sphere, Sam and his wife, Shireen are kept busy with six-year-old, lively twin girls and an eight-year-old boy. Once an international-level swimmer, Sam would rise daily at 5am to get to the pool, returning to it at the end of each working day. He thanks this experience for his tenacity in real estate.
