Supported by her fresh approach, extensive knowledge and past careers of business, systems, web design, web marketing and personal organising, this young and vibrant agent has a well-balanced palate needed for this industry. Originally from Warkworth, Rodney District, her country roots and close family unit drew her down south. Over the last 10 years Kylie has found home here in Wanaka, where she has raised her two children and been involved mainly with business consulting and personal organising. She loves the opportunities and outdoor activities Wanaka has to offer for the local children and families.

Kylie also plays an active role in the community with her support for local families, by providing a non-profit afterschool care facility for the Wanaka and Hawea children. This allows working parents to work outside of school hours, creating work experience for the local high school students and educational programmes within the local community.
