Since starting her career in 2011, Kiki has forged a reputation as an agent with superior local market and industry knowledge, and a straight-forward, honest approach. “Selling your home is stressful in the best of conditions therefore my role must be to alleviate that stress at the same time as creating an intelligent strategy to market and sell your home for a premium price.”

With a career spanning more than 25 years in sales, marketing, business development and training, Kiki gets the job done with enthusiasm, confidence and outcome. This is evident by multiple high achieving awards, most recently #6 in New Zealand for NZSIR (2019) and #2 in Hawke's Bay for 2019 and 2018. Kiki’s passion for real estate stems from a desire to be her best self, being a good role model and provider for her family; husband, Nathan, and four children, daughters Bronte and Laura, and sons Joshua and Benjamin. “I started my career for my family, to better our lives, and what I have gained is a deep satisfaction in helping others. The joy in being given the opportunity to be part of a very personal experience; creating a solution to achieve dreams and goals for my clients.”


It was an enjoyable experience for both Tom and I to work with Kiki on the sale of our beloved home in Bayview. Her experience with, and knowledge of the local region provided us with a sense of trust in her ability to help us establish realistic exp...ectations for the sale. Kiki was required to work with us during a very rapid sale while we resided overseas, and the communication was relevant and efficient.
