Buying and selling property is more than putting a sign in the yard and some pictures online. It is a time of significant change and a time to make choices. I have been privileged to help and since 2004 and have realised that it is not about the property that I sell, it is about the relationships I build. This business is all about people, it is my aim to exceed the expectations of the people I have around me.

I have seen various markets, a plethora of properties, and a myriad of selling and buying situations. In short, I have the skills to not only get you through, but get you through well. I also employ professional photographers and scriptwriters to ensure your property is presented at its best.

Negotiating is a skill, often mentioned but not often demonstrated. I use competition to get my clients the best price. After this it is my ability to read a
situation and knowing what buttons need to be pushed to get the best out of any customer I am dealing with.

One of my main motivations for being successful in everything I do is my family; my wife Jacky, my two sons; Finn and Ashley and my daughter Charli. They are the reason I strive to be the best agent that I can be.

My job is essentially solving problems, be it a client wishing to buy or sell. Every challenge is unique and needs to be approached as such, I tailor make solutions. I emphasise the best parts of your property and tailor make a campaign to appeal to your current market… and I have the track record to support this claim.


As far as working with Jeremy goes we can only admire his work ethic. We were interested in a property that Jeremy and his team had listed, so we made an offer subject to the sale of our current property and subsequently listed our property subject to the purchase of the new property. The new property was already unde...r offer and our offer was accepted as a backup offer subject to us selling. From the outset, there was a lot of activity from Jeremy and his team. They promptly arranged photography, advertising via multiple channels and regular open homes. The follow up to the open homes was excellent, we received a summary of comments made by people viewing the house and also comments from Tracey (who held all of the open homes) about her impression of their level of interest. The entire process was extremely professional, from Jeremy and his plan and process in selling our property through to Tracey working with the buyers and hosting the open homes to Hollie dealing with all the paperwork, marketing and correspondence, there was always someone available to answer questions or give advice. While it took about 3 months to find the right buyer, who went from being extremely keen on our property to offering on another property and missing out, it was the perseverance of Team Pryor that got the deal over the line in a multi-offer scenario which was the ideal scenario for us. We think this was largely because of their consistent approach to following up with all interested parties and making sure we were informed every step of the way. Having experienced both sides of a property transaction through Team Pryor, as vendor and buyer, we would recommend them and have no regrets at all with both transactions we were involved in. We genuinely appreciate the huge effort Jeremy and Tracey provided, including honest advice and encouragement along the way and we are thrilled (and still a little surprised) with the outcome.

We were always going to list with Jeremy, and when we did list he was still with Bayleys. We initially went to market with a price with no success and unfortunately very little response with only a handful of people viewing after substantial investment. Jeremy in the meantime decided to move to Sothebys. Though we knew the Sothebys brand, it was new to the area and not yet fully established. However, we had every faith in Jeremy and his ability. We knew a move like that from such a big brand at a time where he was at the top of his game would have been considered seriously, and a decision not lightly taken. We were blown away with the extensive reach of the marketing with a truly international brand. We noticed from the very first open home getting 14 groups through that it was the right move considering that tripled our total viewings from the previous company in one weekend, compared with the last six months of marketing. It was a different calibre of buyer that we were seeing as well, and quickly had offers coming in. Jeremy managed the buyers and interest very well, at every stage encouraging multiple offers and getting buyers to put their best foot forward. We have no hesitation in recommending Jeremy and his great team. At no point did we feel like we weren’t informed, and every effort was made to get the property sold. In the end the backup contract cashed out the original buyer, even at this point where it can be very stressful for all parties there was nothing but understanding due to Jeremy’s communication.

Life is good again. Greg and I have been thrilled with the result of selling our property. It was listed in Nov 2017 and sold May 2019. That was 17 months on the market & thousands of dollars of marketing expense with other agents/agencies. Jeremy ...and his team had the listing for only about 6-7 weeks. And he achieved a sale. That is the quintessential essence of how he and his team work. They get the job done and at the end of the day, that is why you go to market. To achieve a sale. We felt right from the start he had an upbeat attitude, there was never any useless talk and we felt our property was being represented and marketed finally to the best it could be. When our property did not sell at auction, we felt Jeremy was genuinely sorry for us that a result had not been made and he went and worked even harder on making a sale happen, which he did 7 days later. In the first 3 weeks listed with his team, we had more buyers through the property than we had had in the last 7 months. And amongst those buyers was the couple who bought their dream home. Jeremy or one of his team were always easily reached if we had a question. The reporting was done in a timely fashion and there was no excess information that was irrelevant to cloud the information. Now we can move on to our next dream home and life is good again.
