A Queenstown resident for more than 40 years, Dave holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Lincoln University majoring in rural and urban Property Valuation and Management. He is a former (retired) member of the New Zealand Property Institute and the New Zealand Institute of Valuers. Dave attained his real estate Salesman’s licence in 1983. He is a specialist marketer of Queenstown real estate. He was among the first to recognise the expanding reach of web-based marketing, establishing his first property websites more than 25 years ago. Now, in conjunction with the New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty brand, Dave uses his websites and his monthly e-bulletin to keep buyers from around the world informed of Queenstown real estate matters.
