A Queenstown resident for 35 years, Dave holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Lincoln University majoring in rural and urban Property Valuation and Management. He is a senior member of the New Zealand Property Institute and the New Zealand Institute of Valuers.

Having completed more than 10,000 Registered Valuations in the Queenstown area and having brokered a number of significant landmark property deals, Dave’s local knowledge and experience are a very real asset to his clients.
