We were surprised when Ben walked down our long drive, our property is at the end if a road, down a very steep hill. Nobody walks down our drive. We found out later he had walked down the hill from the “private road” sign and walked b...ack up. We were planning on putting our property on the market in the next few months, so his timing was good. His friendly but highly professional approach was impressive from the get – go. We had had some other agents out giving appraisals, but Ben offered far more. We weren’t disappointed, Ben gave us a “to do list” to prepare the property, he even helped with the weed eating. A big job mid-summer, we agreed a marketing start date for the intensive four week campaign. We were impressed with the wide coverage of the campaign. Ben was in touch often, kept us fully informed all the way through, we couldn’t have asked for more. Any questions were answered promptly. Within seven weeks we had an unconditional offer that we were very pleased with. The settlement period was quite long but Ben stayed involved and keeping us informed all the way.
