New Zealand is under Level 3 Covid-19 restrictions as of Tuesday 28th April. We continue to be “Open Online” and Level 3 affords us more tools to promote property.
Business innovation is part of our culture and we continue to utilise the tools at hand as well as develop new ones, to support business and keep our team and clients healthy.
Here's a simple guide to your options at Level 3.
Can we put a property on the market?
Yes, we can provide a full-service offering including appraisals, professional photography and videography and marketing via key digital channels. All of this will be undertaken in line with Ministry of Health and REINZ guidelines.
How will we show interested buyers a property?
Under Level 3 we can conduct two private viewings per day by appointment. Licensees can also utilise NZSIR's strong social media audience to promote live-stream property tours and private viewings using their smart phone.
If you are interested in viewing a property, contact the Licensee directly or visit the property on our website and click "Register to View".
Can we settle a sale under Level 3?
Yes, we can negotiate offers, conduct valuations, building inspections and pre-settlement inspections and settle a property (not withstanding any agreement conditions unable to be satisfied under Level 3 conditions).
Are there any restrictions on what we can do under Level 3?
Under Level 3 conditions, we are unable to meet you at our office, conduct normal open homes or hold group viewings of a property.
What's in place to keep activities safe?
The health and wellbeing of our team and clients is our highest priority. We have full client guidelines and protocols in place and any face to face activity, in-line with Ministry of Health and REINZ requirements. This includes social distancing, registering of people and their movements and following hygiene requirements.
