“This house exceeded all our expectations! It looked nice in the pictures, but in reality it was just ridiculously amazing! We stayed at this house for almost 2 weeks, and enjoyed every single day. It was just perfect in every possible aspect, truly a home away from home!!! It's a three story building with three bedrooms upstairs, and one bedroom on the main floor, all of them very comfortable with fantastic views opening from every window. Master bedroom has a large balcony/terrace where you can sit in the evening and enjoy your drink while watching changing colors of the mountains and sky above the lake. And in the morning watch jet boats spinning tourists from Queenstown. All the bathrooms have heated floors and heated towel racks , which heat up very fast and provide very comfortable environment. Heating in the bedrooms is supplied by large and quiet wall panels. I can't think of better sleeping conditions. Beds and linens were superb. If a good quality sleep is important to you, this house will satisfy your most demanding requirements! We loved large and very inviting living/dining area and a modern and well equipped kitchen. We could find basically any cooking utensil ever needed for a discriminate cook. It even had a high powered blender which allowed us to make smoothies for breakfast. The basement level of the house has a large laundry room and a ski storage area. The neighborhood where the house is located is very quiet, no car or any other noises bothered us at night. The location was great: we walked to Queenstown almost every day in less than 15 minutes. In fact it's so close that our teenage kids would run to the downtown after a dinner at the house just to grab a sweet treat at one of it's many ice cream shops. Also, it was a pleasure to go for jogs along the lake -the house is located right by he the Frankton trail. Our overall experience was 10 out of 10. I sincerely hope this house remains in the rental market for much longer so we can return to it once again.”Maria
