Lake Wakatipu Ride trail
Designed for both walkers and riders, this incredible trail meanders around the shores of Lake Wakatipu and offers amazing scenery and photo opportunities around every corner. Begin at the Queenstown Gardens, stop for coffee at The Boat Shed Café and keep your eyes peeled for some amazing sculptures along the way. For a longer ride, follow the Twin Rivers trail then the Arrow River Bridges trail to Arrowtown.
Queenstown has seven spectacular golf courses all within a 45-mintute drive of its CBD. Depending on your level of expertise, options range from the immaculately-groomed Millbrook Golf Course and the championship Jack’s Point course to the relaxed Arrowtown Golf Course.
Queenstown’s natural landscape is undoubtedly its biggest attraction in summer.
