Sharon Vodanovich brings extensive real estate experience to New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty. Over the past 17 years, she has refined her expertise across all aspects of property, sales and management in Wellington and the Kapiti Coast. After years as a successful agent, Sharon moved on to manage two busy real estate offices. Although she enjoyed the challenge, her passion for people and creating an exceptional client experience led her back into sales, with a focus on premium property in Kapiti. Sharon thoroughly enjoys the beach lifestyle and sense of community found on the Kapiti Coast, and revels in an early morning power walk along the beach. As an active member of the community, she has devoted her time to Rotary and has been involved in the Kapiti Food Fair and International Women’s Day, as well as the Waikanae Show and Otaki Kite Festival. Married with three adult children, Sharon enjoys keeping fit through walking, cycling and golf. She is also highly creative with a passion for photography.
