Sharon comes to Sotheby’s International Realty with an extensive work history in sales and with strong leadership and relationship building skills. Living on the Kapiti Coast for more than 20 years, with over 9 years experience in the Real Estate Industry in both sales and management, she has an extensive knowledge of the property market. Sharons strengths in Management includes providing coaching and training, giving hands on support to Salespeople, ensuring service standards are exceeded and assisting with the sales processes. Sharon values integrity, hard work, diligence and a good sense of humour and earns the respect of her team by employing good communication and listening skills, and following through on commitments she makes. In her personal life, Sharon and her husband Paul have raised their family on the Kapiti Coast. Sharon believes in giving back to her community and has volunteered for over 20 years in various positions, as a way of “paying it forward”.
