Growing up, his father owned a furniture store where he worked after school sweeping up and arranging stock. He watched as dad greeted customers, started a friendly chat then almost by ‘accident’ sold them something - he was simply building relationships. With furniture in the family Chris trained as an upholsterer, restoring and creating classic items. Today he builds relationships, makes people feel comfortable and develops a plan the same way he used to make his long-lasting leather chairs: 1. Prepare a solid framework 2.
