Louise's love of Waiheke Island is deep rooted and she has spent many holidays at her beloved family bach in Oneroa since the age of five. Returning to New Zealand after many years overseas, Louise ventured into real estate and after a couple of years bought a real estate franchise and trained her husband Andy one-on-one in best practices. The two of them built a very successful business selling hundreds of properties in five years and so understand the importance of presenting, marketing and communicating with buyers to get the most for your property. Louise makes no secret she works for her vendors. She is now delighted to be taking her real estate career to another level by joining New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty, continuing her dream of living and working on the island.

Prior to working in real estate, Louise was a Police Officer in Western Australia and also has a teaching background. Her work in these fields have helped her develop excellent negotiation skills and a no fuss but fair approach to business dealings; getting the job done when under pressure and delivering great results for clients. Being able to tune into buyers’ needs and wants is critical as time is a precious resource and a key factor when it comes to the sale and purchase of property.
