Kerryn Peters has worked in the real estate industry for fourteen years and has recently relocated from our Britomart, Auckland office to establish herself in Christchurch as an integral part of our special projects and residential agency team. Kerryn brings extensive experience and detailed knowledge of the specialised field of project marketing – working with property developers to conceptualise a finished project and plan its eventual sell-down; encompassing feasibility studies, marketing strategy and identity, launch plan, marketing visuals, project administration and successfully negotiating sales contracts. Her sales results have traversed single family homes, luxury apartments, investment units and townhouses – requiring finely honed skills and a warm, empathetic personality to adapt to her clients’ requirements no matter the demographic or price point. With this level of experience, she understands every aspect and detail in presenting your most valued asset to the market. Innovative, organised and gregarious, she strives to exceed expectations; utilising her years of industry experience. Being calm and level-headed under pressure has been an absolute must to ensure low stress levels in what can be a highly stressful time for clients making their next move.
