Grant is a seasoned agent with over nine years of award winning sales and hundreds of happy home owners. Prior to matching property buyers and vendors, Grant worked in the IT industry for over 20 years gaining a wealth of experience in marketing, sales and with e-Commerce. These skills have been refined to help attract qualified buyers through targeted social media marketing, alongside more strategic methods of matching home owners with buyers.
Grant knows that selecting an agent to sell your most expensive asset is important and it’s not just about receiving great service. His goal has always been to provide owners and buyers with regular and honest feedback, to communicate clearly and at all times for good or not so good news. His negotiation skills have been refined over 30+ years working internationally in sales, business development and marketing for corporates and start-up IT companies.
Grant purchased his first Waiheke properties in 1996 and 1997 and enjoyed raising his children in the beauty and nature that Waiheke Island offers.
