Alan Duncan’s name is synonymous with rural real estate. Commencing in the industry in 1994, Alan right from this point focused and specialised in rural sales. His work ethic, consistency and results over this time have not only been recognised in prestigious industry awards, but endorsed by his many long-term repeat clients and numerous referrals. Alan’s experience and in-depth knowledge of dairying have enabled him to achieve outstanding results in his focus area of large block sales.

He has a flair for diversity, the ability to think laterally and knows how to communicate with rural clients. A farm upbringing, background as a qualified saddler, equine interests and country lifestyle put Alan at instant ease with the farming community.

Recently, Alan diversified into lifestyle subdivision with the development of their property. A 68 hectare holding of land in Kaharoa Stage 1 of the Todd Duncan Estate was a successful sell-out, and Stage 11, due in 2018, is eagerly anticipated.
